Falcon Muse- 08-19-2004
Creature Name: Aeoparabians
General Description:
Lumina, First-light, Half-light, Twilight, and Pitch are the five hosts of the Aeoparabian Court. Among the hosts live both man and dragon alike, interacting in mutual benefit. Every so often a human of one host may part to join a different host, giving this new host’s people the knowledge s/he holds.
The knowledge of the hosts is vital to the preservation of the Court, their numbers scattered to the seven winds after plague and sub terrestrial massacre claimed many lives. It was after the deaths that dragon and mankind joined forces to preserve their species and knowledge. All dragons have the same features, making any two appear quite the same at night, though the colors of their feathered wings differ. Their magical knowledge and physical differences stand thusly;
-Lumina: Light(virtue); pure white wings
-First-light: Growth and Nurturing; green and brown toned wings
-Half-light: Weather and Trinity(water, wind, and fire); amber, grey and lavender toned wings
-Twilight: Celestial and Crafts; silver and gold toned wings
-Pitch: Darkness(bedlam); pure black wings
Their body colorations range from pure white to pure black including every color of grey known. The tail tip's coloration codepends on the body coloration, lighter as the body is darker, and darkr as the body is lighter.

Creature Name: Aestre Lizards
General Description
They are remarkably similar to firelizards and could be much mistaken but for their hides. The hide of an Aestre Lizard has a metallic quality that is remeniscent of painted foil. The only other difference between the two species is their form of communication. Aestre Lizards, though apt to communicate via images, have telepathic abilities. Even the color of their eyes, in relation to their prime emotion, differs from a Pernese firelizard.

Creature Name: Caeddrhy Dragons (cader)
General Description
This particular draconic species is of many variants, each differing greatly from the other and possessing their own individual skill. Caeddrhy Dragons are known more commonly to be nocturnal, though it is not uncommon for any to be out and about in broad daylight.
Faeddhe- Faeddhes are among the most common and most appealing. They are long and sinewy with tendril appearing prongs adorning their jaws and oddly short wings. Their hides are various degrees of orange or gold. Faeddhes stand prominent with mastery in bartering of goods as well as information.
Dyth- The largest of the Caeddrhy Dragons, Dyths are well muscled to the point of stockiness. They are friends of smiths and with barrel-chests, rendering manual forges as a crude mechanism. Dyths’ scales come in an array of bronze and copper and on the odd hatchling, a smattering of white.
Brionne- Brionne are the Queens of the Caeddhry, their elegant forms dazzling in violet or silver. Their wings have an additional membrane with frills and tendrils skating out from the ends. They are lyrical geniuses and brilliantly wordy. Their rarity is staggering; however they are revered beyond any fleeting thought of egg snatching.
Mahkkir- The Mahkkir are the healers and wanderers of their kind. Given their partiality to traveling, their wings are long and sail-like enough to accommodate this need. Their pearlescent hides gleam brightly in shades of forest green or sand.
Pelovettt- These historians and philosophers are the master-minds of Caeddhry draconic society. They are minimal in length though carry their torsos on long limbs. Their tails reach to nearly double their length, a spike similar to a scythe blade grown from the very end. Pelovettts’ scales are most commonly red or deep indigo, every now and then a pale blue.
Dellrhudorawyn- Dellrhudorawyn means the ‘Hallowed Daughters’ in the native tongue of Caeddrhy. Similar to the Brionne, they are always female, yet come solely in lavender, occasionally with sheens of other colors. They are rare beyond imagining, though in certain bloodlines, they might hatch in every other clutch or so.
Thyraswlhd- The Thyraswlhd are never female and the only males to ever fly the Dellrhudorawyn. Their name can be directly translated to ‘Sons of Kings’. Their colorations vary throughout the spectrums of yellow, gold, black, blue, and red.

Creature Name: Everland Dragons
General Description
Everland Dragons hail from the multi-elemental realm of Goraddeia known as, quite clearly, the Everlands. Noted for their powerful grace and elegance, Everland Dragons are the Kings and Queens of the elements. Their sight envisions truth, this power aided by their remarkable empathy and telepathy. All seven, in addition to such and their individual fields of expertise, have the magics of their respective elements.
Light: Rarest of the species, these dragons are of a pale, gauzy white hide, almost ghost-like in appearance though undoubtedly of a subtle, glowing beauty. Their magic, in addition to light and a higher ability to perceive the truth, is an abundance of skill in healing. The rarity of the Everland Light Dragons is such that only one egg may be laid in every twenty seven clutches of a blood-line.
Earth: These particular Everland Dragons are of the highest intelligence amongst all draconic species of Goraddeia. Their hides vary in deep greens, the occasional silver tones noted. Second rarest, up to two eggs are laid for every thirteen clutches of a bloodline, though twins aren’t uncommon.
Fire: Strong, opinionated, and loyal companions, Fire Dragons are majestic instruments of war and law. Though given such, these creatures are surprisingly lithe and gentle-hearted to most. Dazzling the eye, their hides vary from golden-browns, to corals, and not uncommonly brighter reds. Last of the rare Everland Dragons, up to two eggs alone are known to be lain in any ten clutches, though like Earth, twins are not entirely uncommon.
Water: Everland Water Dragons are strikingly agile and quite appealing in both appearance and mind. Their love for riddles and questions is unmatched. Though their domain element is of water and its various resources, many Water Dragons are empowered with the magic of ice, frost, and snow. Their hide colorations range throughout the entire blue spectrum and at times are pale, oceanic greens.
Air: Lilac, lavender, pale pinks, and violets are the signature colors of these elusive dragons, both their minds and movements as swift as light. Air Dragons are seldom known for greed, though some will horde things precious to them; most commonly pearls, seeds, and metals.
Stone: Creatures of illusion and mystery, Everland Stone Dragons are cunning and stealthy. Their hides vary from greys, to browns, and even to blacks, sometimes toned in copper. Despite a first impression analysis, these dragons are of the most trust-worthy, with far-sightedness and sharp hearing, Stone Dragons are often taken to the hunt of bandits.
Chaos: Everland Chaos Dragons are the only of the seven susceptible to dark deeds. Yet despite their initial instinct, nearly all steer clear away from the lightless path. Their hides are of crimson, inky tones, and the deepest of glossy blacks. Chaos dragons are at times fighting inner battles, thus look to the strong-of-will to bond to.

Creature Name: Kilkerith Dragons
General Description
Kilkerith Dragons have one of the most unusual hierarchies known to draconic kind. In every clutch, there are but three types of males- opal, sapphire, and bronze- who are considered Kings. All other Kilkerith dragons are female and may come in any coloration possible. Female opals, however, are known as the Princesses and are quite rare. If by chance a female hatches with the coloration of either sapphire or bronze, she is known as a sport Princess and will in most cases be barren. This is of course very uncommon. Of the clutch, all females must prove themselves 'worthy' of a King to be flown by him, resulting in many crossbreeds. Due to this odd natural selectivity, a pure Kilkerith Dragon clutch is quite rare. In addition, the Kings are often found giving chase to dragonesses of other species.

Creature Name: Satin Dragons
General Description:
Rumored to be the goddess Arle’s gift to her consort king Eriive, the Satin Dragons have always been revered as magical beings among their human counterparts on the planet, holding themselves aloof from the bipedal forms. Such was the divide between draconic and human, that it was well over a century before the dragons ever became aware of the complete elimination of the human race. The only contact to any human form that remained dwelled in the rare power of the few Satin Dragons who could shape-shift. That remained so until they stumbled on the magic of teleportation and began traveling off-planet.
Satin Dragons became enmeshed in the societies of other draconic races, those on their home planet dwelling in tribes consisting of varying species of dragons. With the contact with other species, came the fresh acquaintance with humanoid races.

Continuation of: Caeddrhy Dragons
Topic: The Philosophy of the 'Keepers'
In the culture of the Caeddrhy, human and draconic alike, the term ‘keeper’ has been known to be uttered during numerous hatchings- and often on more than one occasion. The term ‘keeper’ is used when a pair of hatchlings convey a since of ‘one-ness’. In their youthful innocence their mutual love for one another is little more than platonic but is there nonetheless and deepens as they grow. This bond between the hatchlings is the direct result of their souls spending numerous lifetimes as mates and as each reincarnation takes place the bond will always be present. They are the keepers of each other’s hearts and they will not bond separately unless their separate chosen have a similar bond.

Creature Name: Alkahrnian Desert-Blooms - 'Floral Dragons'
General Description:
Only recently discovered by the settlers of Alkahrnia, much is yet unknown about these buds. What has been observed is that from the bulbs of certain flowers that seem to thrive in the deserts of Alkahrnia a single bud will form from each bulb, slowly developing until it blooms, hatching a small draconic creature baring the same colorations and markings of the flower. After the hatching of the dragon the flower withers and fades within minutes yet the dragon has the ability to transform into the flower from which it hatched. Given the origins and shape-shifting abilities of these dragons any and all are genderless, rendering breeding relatively uncommon. For pollination to occur at least dragon must be in the form of its flower while one dragon, in draconic form, flies overhead, releasing the pollen to stick to the stigma of the floral dragons. The pollination dragons must the retain their draconic forms for the length of four months and may only change into their floral form once they have lain their bulbs. The bulbs require no nutrients to develop nor need they be implanted. It has in fact been observed that the dragon will have great difficulty hatching if their blossom is not above ground, usually resulting in the dragon’s immediate death. The average lifespan of an Alkahrnian Desert-Bloom is seventy-two solar years if unbonded.
While the varieties of colorations and markings mirror those of there Earthly counterparts, below are the as yet known floral forms from which they breed;
-Roses
-Lilies
-Hibiscuses
-Tulips
-Poppies
-Irises
