This one gives you a good idea of what it looks like. However, the head should be slightly larger, appearing slightly more like this head.
The wings are good, but should end at the hips, the body should perhaps also be a bit longer.


Mylyrirrer`ier(winter dragon).

General Description: the winter dragons are relatively small dragons, becoming 18-30 meters long as adults. A winter dragon`s body resembles that of a cheeta, but with a deeper chest and more muscular, and they have long, powerfull legs(they can move as easily on two legs as on all fours). The hands are quite dexterious, but still strong enough to hold the dragon`s full weight, while the hind-feet are more paw-like. Their necks are long, almost as long as the body and quite well muscles, something that is needed to hold up the large, wedge-shaped head. Even without the horns(that curves almost straight backwards from above the eyes), a winter dragon`s head is not far from being half the lenght of its neck. Starting on top of the head is a row of spikes that can be lowered and rised, running all the way down to the tip of the tail. Each spike is connected by a membrane of tough skin. Set between the base of each horn, there are also a pair of antennae, one on each side of the row of spikes.
The wing-span is easily twice the lenght of the dragons body, each wing have four 'wing-fingers' not including the 'thumb', the wing-sail starts just behind the dragon`s shoulder and ends at the base of the tail. A winter dragons tail is the same lenght as its body and most of its neck, the tail is also relatively thin. Winter dragons have skin, and they almost always have only one color- eks; grey, silver, white, blue etc.. They prefer cold climates, but can live just about anywhere.

Special Abilities: in addition to telepathy, empathy, teleportation and telekinesis, most winter dragons have an inate ability to use magic on a high level. they are also born with the ability to shapechange, something that they are capable of doing within days of hatching.

Size at birth: 2-3 meters long (the egg 'grows' with the dragonet until its ready to hatch).

Creature name: Terranian.

Homeworld/plane: the first terranians were created by the dark gods, who did not give them a spesific homeworld. However, today the planet Ter'nea is the official homeworld of the terranian race.

Climate/terrain: sub-tropic/tropic. While they have no spesific preference for terrain where their build their cities and other settlements, terranians will generally not settle where snow and ice occur during winter-- as their physiology doesn't handle cold too well.

Mental abilities: their intelligence vary from above average human intelligence to genius level. However, most terranians have at least some talent for empathy and they often value imagination and the ability to apprechiate beauty over relying only at their intellect and not their emotions.
However, some individuals may vary from this standard-- particulary magic-users following the black path.

Special Abilities: while prefering vocal speech, terranians are also capable of telepathic communication, which is especially usefull when they need to communicate with a race whose language they are unfamiliar with. Many terranians do have the ability to learn new languages within days, provided that they make use of their telepathic ability. Although not all terranians possess any magical abilities beyond telepathy and varying degrees of telekinesis and in some cases the ability to teleport, surprisingly many of them have the talent needed to become magic-users, sometimes up to Mage-level. The ability to use magic seem to be something that come natural to them, which make sense considering the reasons for their creation. So perhaps it should be considered a good thing that the majority of terranians have chosen not to serve the dark gods..

Society: perhaps due to the majority of terranians have at least some talent for magic, much of their society revolves around magic and those who use it. While those with a weak or no magical talent is not exactly considered inferior, it's often harder for those individuals to earn a high rank in society-- which is why such terranians often seek to work for other races. Among the magic-users, the two most common choices is to work directly for the Mages High Council at a academy or out in the field, the other is to join one of the terranian warrior clans. Especially being accepted into one of the clans is considered an honor among most terranian families.

Basically, males and females are considered equal in the society of the terranians, but as the women outnumber the men three to one at average-- it may seem to outsiders that their society is a mathriarchal one as the women tend to be more noticeable.
Freedom of thought and speech is important matters to most terranians, and with this-- music, art and literature is today essential parts of their society.

There are nineteen great families in terranian society, each taking their family name from one of the first terranians. While there are several lesser families that have came into existence after individuals from the older families broke away or were thrown out for various reasons, they are not quite as influencal. Currently the family of Yana is the most powerfull family due to that one from their numbers is a Grand Mage, but they are only slightly above the Medri and the Kalti.

Description: terranians range in height from 6-9 feet as adults, although some can be slightly taller. They have nicely shaped bodies and are rather wiry(obesity being quite rare), this size and structure is equal for both men and women. To give you an idea of what a terranian looks like, imagine a cross-breed between a human and the extraterrestrial species known as 'the Greys' here at Earth. A terranians eyes are always completely black, at least twice as large as a humans eyes. Terranians have black hair and their skin range in colour from light chocolate brown to a very dark, shimmering brown which can appear almost black.
Although terranians have some of the same internal organs as humans, their digestive system is quite different, terranians do eat, but they are capable of making use of everything in what they eat, leaving nearly no waste-products. Whatever that`s left is gotten rid of through sweating and the shedding of skin(however, they do NOT smell badly). Giving birth can be a complex process for a terranian woman though. Both concieving and giving birth to a child require complex medical procedures or assistance through magical means, neither gender have any external reproductive organs(terranian women do not have breasts).

Another unique physiological difference is that terranians have three hearts.
First, it is the normal and largest heart, which have the same function as a humans heart, but the other two produce a 'fluid' which are one of the reasons for a terranians longevity. This fluid, known as tra`zleh, can when released out into the blood stream heal almost any injury within a few moments or a few days depending on the severity of the damage. It also have properties which make terranians more or less immune to any diseases, it have also proved effective in the treatment of injuries and disease in other races when a Healer is not available.

A terranians sight are many times sharper than a humans, and due to certain components in their eyes, they are capable of 'shifting' to infra-red vision during night. However, the construction of the terranian eye also give them a disadvantage; normal daylight will dazzle them and therefore all terranians will wear sunglasses or a kind of special lenses to protect their eyes. Other senses, like hearing and touch are much sharper in terranians than in humans, but their sense of smell and taste is not as sharp. Due to that they were first created to be warriors, an adult terranian can be said to possess a strenght equal to that of several human athletes. Their muscles and bones are extremely durable, making a terranian stronger, faster and more agile than any other humanoid race.


Combat: in terranian society, there's five different warrior clans--

Falconwarriors.
The warriors of this clan are trained for sudden attacks, often teleporting right inside a enemy group or camp to get the element of surprise on their side. Falconwarriors have also been trained to gain control over an enemy force with as few casualities as possible on either side. As is obvious by their name, the falconwarriors will often have some kind of bird as their familiar. The falconwarriors colours is dark blue and gold, and this is reflected in their kih`maerith armor, which have the same colors. Also, the emblem of a falconwarrior is that of a diving falcon.

Catwarriors.
The catwarriors are trained to stalk enemy troops without being seen and report any suspicious moves or occurances to their superiors. When engaging in a fight, they are trained to attack from a distance, and they will only move in for a final attack when they are sure of the outcome. Unlike the falconwarriors, they don`t fight to capture the enemy alive. The familiars of the catwarriors are usually some kind of feline. The catwarriors have blue and black as their color, and their emblem is a lynx.

Serpentwarriors.
Serpentwarriors are those who most often can be found as the highest leaders of the warrior clans, they are excellent strategists as well as leaders. While they are fairly skilled in the art of magic, they are better fighters than magic-users and will often rely more on their 'mundane' weapons than their magical skills. During attacks, they strike suddenly and without warning, and they are also known to use poisoned weapons. The familiars of the serpentwarriors are not surprisingly various species of snakes and reptiles, although they will at times also bond with dragons. The colors of the serpenwarriors are blue and emerald green, and their emblem is a wyvern.

Bearwarriors.
Being the most numerous of the clans, the bearwarriors is trained for direct attacks which require great numbers, as well as the strenght and skill to defeat an enemy which can often appear to outnumber or outpower them. While they are trained in the art of magic, they will like the serpentwarriors trust their physical skills more than their magical, and they will use magic only in situations where they have no other choice. The familiars of the bearwarriors are bears and in some cases a species of canine. Their colors are blue and bronze, their emblem is a polar bear.

Nightwarriors.
Nightwarriors are trained to infiltrate enemy troops and armies to gather information about the plans of the enemy. Since this isn`t without serious risk to the nightwarriors lives, they receive a far harder training in fighting, the use of magic and deception than any of the other warrior clans. The nightwarriors colour is black, and the nightwarriors have no familiars or emblem.


Race weaknesses: although it eventually failed, one method of control integrated into the terranians was their vulnerability to silver. Pure silver will leave painfull burns and can even kill a terranian if the exposure lasts long enough, silver merged with platinum and gold(often called moonsilver) will drain a terranian's physical strenght and lessen his/her mental abilities for as long as a day after exposure.
Terranians are also vulnerable to temperatures below fifteen degrees celcius, if a terranian spend more than a few minutes in a temperature below zero without protection, s/he will quickly suffer severe frost damages and entering a hibernation-like state-- dying within a few minutes.

Creature name: bluelight dragon.

Homeworld: Landrena, a O-type blue star in the Mahaga universe.

Climate/terrain: the outer parts of Landrena and other O-type suns.

Mental abilities: shaped by the enviroment in which they live, bluelight dragons can be said to be somewhat primal beings-- quite intelligent, but more likely to make decitions based on their rather volatile emotions rather than their intellect. They are also great lovers and collectors of anything beautiful, whether it's a piece of art, song, something of nature or something more intangible.

Special Abilities: not surprisingly, magical talents possessed by all bluelight dragons is pyromancy, electromancy and photomancy, but they are also gifted with less well known talents like magnetomancy, gyromancy and an odd form of hydromancy(their ability to manipulate hydrogen). Bluelight dragons does not have telepathy and only slight empathy, their language is a mix of visual-- through manipulation of light and the fire that streams through them, and sound created through manipulation of magnetism and electricity.

Society: at best, the society of the bluelight dragons is a loose one as they is a highly competitive species-- adult individuals rarely meeting except when to mate, and then only in neutral territory. Youngling bluelight dragons will spend a few years being cared for by their parent before they leave to join a nimbus(a group of bluelight dragons), in which they stay till maturity.
There are times when even adults can overcome their instincts and gather together however; examples being when there's unstable areas in a sun which needs correction, when external threats has to be dealt with or during migrations to other suns. It also occationally happens that a few adults will meet to exchange information or trade away valuable objects or pieces of art, although they prefer to do such things with other races.
In recent times, after contact with other races has become more common, it is not unusual for bluelight dragons to allow a few of the strongest younglings to live with other races at their homeworlds. Such younglings has already been extensively -*test*-('")ed and have proven themselves capable of surviving at planets(as well as controling the heat they emitt), although the long term effects of that are still uncertain.

Description: bluelight dragons appear as crystalline beings with streams of blue fire swirling through them-- sometimes just below the skin and at other times deep inside-- depending on their mood. Their eyes are large and usually oval-- being a dazzling golden or silver-gold color. Long and spindly of build, bluefiredragons resemble the eastern dragon, but they do have wings-- large and fragile-looking, but rarely noticed as they are completely colorless. The head of a bluefire dragon is long and narrow, bearing some resemblance with that of a heron, and a crown of eight slender horns grows from the back of the head, surrounded by feather-like scales which grows into a mane where the neck meets the head. At both sides of the head, right behind the corners of the mouth, grows a long, flexible tendril which is used by the dragon to measure the strenght of magnetic fields and gravity. Starting at the tip of the muzzle and running down the lenghts of the head and back is a row of delicate spines which grows taller towards the middle of the back before decreasing in height again, these spines are generally larger on the females than the males.
Bluelight dragons are mainly magnetovores, but they also feed on other elements in the O-type suns where they live, and if neccessary-- they may live off other types of suns(a couple of years at most before they have to find an O-type sun).
Specific Physical Statistics.
Size at birth: 3-4 meters long.
Size at maturity: 100-200 meters long.
Time to maturity: 90 years.
Natural lifespan: 900 years.

Combat: in their true, unrestrained forms, the mere presence of a sunflame dragon is deadly to most beings-- due to the heat and radiation they emitt. And this is an inate talent which they make good use of during combat, along with their other talents. However, most blueflame dragons feel most comfortable with fighting within their territory in the sun where they live; where they may make use of the forces of the sun, and they will often choose to flee rather than fight when in unfamiliar territory.
Still, there has been cases in the past where whole solar-systems has been left scorched and uninhabitable by the blueflame dragons after a feud with another race, although they are more likely to interact with other solar dwelling and hydrogen breathing races. Through history, a few lesser races has also been wiped out by the blueflame dragons, it is also believed that one or two starfaring races has been forced into enslavement after feuds in the past.

Race weaknesses: all blueflame dragons are surrounded by a field of energy which allows them to survive in the harsh enviroment of a sun and even at the surface of a planet, this field also protects them from the damage caused by mundane weapons. However, if the field is breached or severely weakened by illness or old age, a blueflame dragon may explode due to the forces contained within its body. Although it is a rare event as most blueflame dragons will dive for the core of the sun when feeling old age catch up with them, there has been a few occurances of one dying in such a way outside of a sun-- the resulting explosion being said to be in the range of a powerfull nuclear missile.
