Kathryn bowed to the parent dragons again, "I do thank you for the honor... I am sure that Mari and I will not be in the way." Mari helps Kathryn to move Elrond and Thawn off to one side so that the new canidates would not have to look past them. "I will try for another since you do not mind... I do love dragons."

Eliza entered the hatching ground. " Am i too late?" she asked, her brown hair shimmering in the sunlight.

Srrmaie nodded to Reno. *You are welcome. Age is not a concern here, as I have said any person here who wishes to stay to get used to their bond is welcome.* she watched the girl walk over to a place to watch. As the older girl left, the younger girl spoke up. Srrmaie lowered herself fully to the ground so she could speak properly. Holding her head inches above the ground she spoke *Ran, you are not to young to bond, but are you sure you can manage? You are welcome to try of course. Anyone is. Do you wish to stay near me whilst you wait or go with your sister?* she awaited a reply, smiling at the girl, she looked worried about something.

Mrlarr looked over at Kathryn, *There is a cave to the left that Mari and the young ones may go to if they are in need of rest. As for you trying for another, you are welcome to do so. More should hatch soon and there are a few hatched already. Just take a look* and he smiled. His head snapped towards the entrance, another new one! *Excuse me* he said to Kathryn *I must welcome this one*

Mrlarr listened to the newcomer, *Eliza, you are welcome here. Food is to the left side of the cavern, and the eggs, obviously, are in the centre* he chuckled *Please feel free to try for any you choose*

In the rush of new arrivals a cluster of eggs slightly away from the others wobbled. the first, a slightly small Gauzewing, shattered , revealing a very small Emerald hatchling who staggered out of the remains of his shell, creeling to all in the cavern. As he stumbled his tail knocked one of the other eggs causing it to tilt against another and crack them both. From one egg came a Sapphire king Kristayl, who sat looking around him calmly, and from the other came two! Ruby twins! They shook themselves and immediatley wandered towards the candidates assembled there.

Loks around hello everyone and congrats on all the new pairings.

Ran looked off in the direction of her sister."I hope I can manage a dragonling. I would love to bond! I think, if you don't mind, I would prefer to stay with you. Reno looks angry at me..."She added wistfully. Why would Reno be mad at her? Because Ran had followed her? What was wrong with that? She followed her sister all the time!


Reno watched as more eggs hatched. Would one of them hold her bond? The ruby twins were beautiful! She watched as the newly hatched dragonlings wandered off looking for a bond.

With an embarassed start maygirl turns and bows respectfully to Srrmaie and Mrlarr, I am so sorry for that lapse of manners. I hope you find me acceptable to stand for one of your young.

" Thank you" Eliza replied.

She turned to Srrmaie and Mrlarr " I'd be honoured if you find me acceptable to be a candidate for your of your children."

She then looked at the small emerald hatchling and the sapphire king Kristayl wandering around.

Maygirl

Srrmaie lifted her head for a moment to look at the entrance. There was someone coming. It was Maygirl. *Welcome* she said *Platinum told me you may attend. Please find a spot, there are new ones on the sand now. Good luck* and she lowered her head again to Ran.

Sephiroth

Srrmaie rumbled gently at the girl before her. *You are welcome to stay with me, little one. If you are worried about caring for such a large dragonling then maybe we could find you a smaller bond? There may be some eggs of other species or even young ones available if you choose?* she awaited an answer, she would prefer that Ran made her own choice.

One of the Rubies turned his head as he 'felt' someone watching him, then nudged his brother. *Look! We are being watched* the two turned to look at the girl observing them. Slightly smaller than their clutchmates they were also slightly faster in turning to see the person watching them. As one they stepped forward as one the smaller of the two spoke *You like us?* he said. The two spoke as one *Could you cope with us? Where do you come from, what do you do?*

As Eliza spoke, the Emerald Gauzewing turned his head. Who was that? He stepped forward, head to one side *I can hear you think!* he exclaimed. *Where are you from?* as he spoke he was knocked over by the Sapphire beside him as he wandered to the other side of the sands. He squealed in pain, one rearleg bent at a strange angle, tried to get up but failed. He looked up at Eliza, *Please, it HURTS*

OOC: Sep, if you feel that your younger candidate can't cope with a Kristayl dragon, take a look through my other creations and pick out a couple for her. I'll hatch em up for her. Just thought I'd check with you first!

Ran looked toward Srrmaie and smiled."I think I could handle one...but what if my sister can't take care of me and a bond? We don't have much food..."Ranote looked down at the ground sadly.

Reno noticed the two ruby hatchlings come over to her. To their questions she replied,"My home is not too far from here. We live in a forest. I don't really do much..but I do anything that will help me provide food for my sister!"She hoped that was a good enough answer, but she just couldn't believe the Ruby twins thought to even talk to her!

Srrmaie smiled at the little girl before her *Well if you are sure....* and she raised her head to speak to Mrlarr then lowered it again.. *You are welcome to look for a bond and do not worry about about food. Everything you need will be given to you, you need only ask. In fact there ia a Gauzewing flit here who can stay with you as your friend, as your sister has managed to hook those twins into coming with her by the looks of things you should have another little friend. Just send her with requests for what you need and it will be brought.* she raised her head and down flew a Platinum flit, tiny compared to the much larger dragon. She landed on Ran's arm and chirped. *She has been looking for a bond and now has you* Srrmaie had grown to like this young one.
Srrmaie looked over to Reno, *All your food needs will be taken care of* she sent, *Now you may concentrate on the Rubies* and she smiled

The ruby hatchlings looked at each other and back at Reno. *We like the sound of your place. And it is nice what you do for your sister. If we are not too much trouble may we come with you?* The spoke at the same time, one in thought and word. Both stomachs rumbled, *One in digestion too it seems* rumbled Mrlarr. The Rubies grinned *It is true* the stood, awaiting an answer.

Reno turned to the hatchlings,"It is no trouble at all! We will manage! Come on, I best get you two something to eat!"

Ran smiled at the flitt on her arm."Thank you great ones! I am very grateful. But may I still stand for you eggs?"She asked politely.

The Rubies smiled at each other then at Reno *we will follow dear one* they said and walked towards the food tables with her, happy to have found someone.

Srrmaie nodded *Yes you can still stand, just find a hatchling you feel drawn to and speak to him or her and once you are speaking to them, reassure them. If one chooses to got with you you must feed him or her. The food tables are just over there* she nodded with her snout towards them. *Good luck* she said, smiling.

Reno was glad to have bonded to TWO hatchlings, but one would of been hard enough to feed. She was lost in her thoughts, absent mindedly feeding the twins, when she wondered wheter she named them, or they named themselves."Should I name you, or do you already have names?"She asked them both.

Ranote was surprised to see Reno had two! Reno hadn't really wanted one. Wait till she hears that we don't have to provide the food! She thought to herself. "Do you think one of your children would find me a suitable bond?"She asked Srrmaie. Just as she asked she had a flash of something running through the forest near their home. It looked dangerous. Ranote gasped. She couldn't hide her fear from her sister, Reno would find out she could see things!
