Letarian

General Description: the letarians, native to the planet Letaria, is a race that to some looks almost comical in appearance. Their large heads, not unlike that of an anteater- but with a canine-like mouth, and with a bulging eye on each side about midway up the head. A letarians neck is thin, but wiry, ending in a body shaped like a pear set at its head. The arms are quite slender and ends in a dexterious, four-fingered hand, while the legs and short and muscular with webbed feet much like a duck`s. Male letarians also have a fifty centimeters long tail that ends in a poison stinger, a remainder from the time before they evolved into a starfaring race.
However, despite their appearance, the letarians are one of the most advanced races in the multiverse in the areas of technology and magic, and they are known for their skills in combining both.
Exactly which universe and planet the letarians originally came from is knowledge that have been lost for millenias, but they are well known for their habit of creating solar systems from scratch when they need to expand, instead of terraforming an already existing planet.
The Machines that keep the solar systems of the letarians running, always require a living brain to control it, or the entire solar system will simply shut down. The Machine running the letarians home world, have been controled by the first terranian, Haze Terra, for the last 300 000 years.

How long between pregnancies: depends on the female.
How long is it pregnant: 2 years.
How many offspring can the creature have at once: 3-8 (letarians give birth to larvae, which then mature to adolescence in a pouch at the female`s belly).
