GAUZEWING FLITS
Gauzewing Flits originate from Talektha. Somewhat resembling pernese firelizards, they are smooth skinned with gauzy wings Shy creatures, they are nonetheless fiercly proctective of their chosen friend
.
Special abilittes: The same as pernese flits with the exception of Garnet females who hold healing powers and the Onyx males who hold the power of future sight.

Mental abilities:
They are fairly smart on average the same as adult human, though they do vary.

Females:
Platinum: The largest of the females at 20 inches
Ruby: Second largest at 18 inches
Emerald: Third largest at 14 inches
Garnet: The smallest at 12 inches
Males:
Silver: The largest of the males at 22 inches
Sapphire: Second largest at 20 inches
Jade: Third largest at 18 inches
Onyx: The smallest at 16 inches

Size:Newly hatched: 5 to 7 inches long.Adult size ranges from 12 to 22 inches.

Lifespan: Unknown.

Do they need to bond: yes, at birth.

Are they fertile: Yes with the exception of the Garnet females and the Onyx males.

Mating habits: All take part in a ground mating. The mated couple pairbond until the eggs are safley hatched although all participate in the raisng of the clutch.

Incubation times: 2 weeks in the mother, a further 3 on the sands

Offspring: Between 10 and 22 eggs
